KOCHI, INDIA - 2nd September 2019 - Athachamayam is a cultural fiesta in the form of a parade which runs through Thripunithra town to mark the day of Atham - the beginning of Onam Festival in Kerala. It provides a rare opportunity to witness depictions of almost all the folk art forms of Kerala in one street procession, as well as other popular Indian myths, legends, deities and key moments in Indian history.
